Confirmation

A confirmation of registration will be sent to the individual or organization requesting registration. The confirmation letter will be sent only once the corresponding payment is received.

Participants will have to bring the confirmation letter to the registration desk at the Forum venue when collecting their documents.

Cancellation / Modification

Full payment is requested when registering (by credit card or by bank transfer). No confirmation will be sent until MCI Suisse S.A. has received the payment.

All cancellations and changes to your original registration must be sent to MCI Suisse S.A. in writing (fax, letter, or e-mail). For cancellations received before 2 March 2010, fees will be refunded less CHF 100,- for administrative costs. After this date, no refund will be possible.

A handling fee of CHF 50,- per registration will be charged for every registration modification received after 16 March 2010.

Group registration

For group registration a minimum of 10 participants is required. Please contact the Forum Registration and Logistics, MCI Suisse SA, to receive a group registration form. Forum documents and bags can be picked up early upon request.

Registration at the venue

The Registration desk at the CICG Conference Centre opens on Monday, 19 April 2010 at 7:30 and will stay open throughout the Forum. Distribution of Forum documents and bags cannot be guaranteed for those registering on-site. Thank you for arriving as early as possible for on-site registration.
